Dhalia Burhan, Al-Burhan Airways Aviation Director and Safety Manager, handles international sales, account management for our corporate clients and safety management systems for the helicopter service.

Dhalia brings to her role with ABA an avid enthusiasm for the aviation industry, having previously worked with Iraqi Airways, coordinating logistical matters in the UK on their behalf. This is in tandem with her dedication to flight training in recent years, which has resulted in her acquiring her Commercial Pilot's License/Instrument Rating. Dhalia is also the first Iraqi female to achieve a frozen Airline Transport Pilots License (ATPL).

The technological and human factors involved in the aviation industry and in Iraqi aviation in particular have drawn Dhalia towards her role with Al-Burhan Airways, allowing her to utilise her exemplary interpersonal and marketing skills to the benefit of our clientele. Her previous experience as a consultant with Iraqi Airways and IKB have equipped her with the required skills to understand the relationships between management, risk, safety, quality and human factors.

Ms Burhan has a Bachelor's in Marketing and forefronts the ABA brand image. As Iraqi aviation continuously evolves and grows, so too does Al-Burhan Airway' presence across the nation and the Middle East, with civilian transport becoming increasingly important. This importance is reflected in the strategy Dhalia, as a woman familiar with ground-breaking achievement continues to implements.
